Video editor tool I now use

By

After extensive research and installing various video editing tools, I have discovered one that perfectly suits my needs. I ultimately chose OpenShot as my video editing software after trying both Shotcut and VSDC. Both lacked some basic features I required for my content, leading me to uninstall them.

OpenShot is user-friendly; although I faced some challenges adding text, I managed to figure it out and opted to use Canva to create and import text with word balloons instead.

While it may not offer as many features as CapCut, it’s sufficient for my purposes since my content is straightforward and mainly consists of photos, videos, overlays, text, and word bubbles. Although I have the option to use InShot for editing, I find it difficult to install on my PC and prefer to avoid the risk of downloading a virus accidentally. I haven’t explored the Microsoft Store yet, but I plan to do so, and if I find InShot there, I will consider using it and OpenShot.
