True Beauty series has captivated audiences with its blend of romance, comedy, and the struggles of self-acceptance. Based on the popular webtoon, “True Beauty” follows the journey of a high school girl who transforms her appearance through the art of makeup, only to discover that true beauty goes beyond the surface.

What I like about the series

1. I absolutely adore the character design in “True Beauty.” From the protagonist’s transformative makeup skills to the subtle expressions that convey complex feelings, the artwork captures the essence of youth and self-discovery.

2. The vibrant colors and stylish outfits enhance the visual appeal and resonate with the themes of beauty and self-acceptance. I like the colors of the makeup, I love the captivating colorful intro and outro.

3. I really enjoy the intro and outro of True Beauty for the soundtrack, the visuals, the colors, and the beautifully illustrated scenes. The first thing that captivated me about the series was the intro soundtrack because that’s the first thing I heard when I clicked the first episode.

I was thrilled to discover that the True Beauty animated series had been released. I hadn’t read it on Webtoon since I’m not a fan of romance webtoons (though I do enjoy other genres with a hint of romance). I also hadn’t watched the live-action adaptation because I’m not into K-dramas. The release of the animated series made me happy, and I didn’t have to force myself to watch something I’m not interested in.
